你可以要求刪除 KK Taxi 持有嘅你嘅個人資料（電話號碼、WhatsApp 名稱、訊息內容、預約同行程記錄、推出前搶先登記資料，以及司機登記表格資料）。刪除由我哋嘅營運人員核實後人手執行。
You can ask KK Taxi to delete the personal data we hold about you (phone number, WhatsApp name, message content, booking and trip records, pre-launch registration data, and driver interest form data). Deletion is carried out manually by our operations staff after verification.
刪除流程 How to request deletion

用你想刪除資料嗰個電話號碼，WhatsApp 或致電 +852 5318 2299，講明「我要求刪除我嘅資料」。由該號碼發出嘅要求，本身已經係最主要嘅身分核實。
From the phone number whose data you want deleted, WhatsApp or call +852 5318 2299 and say you are requesting data deletion. A request sent from that number is itself our primary identity check.

請提供：受影響嘅電話號碼（如果同你發訊嘅號碼唔同），同大約嘅預約日期或訂單編號（如有，有助我哋搵齊記錄）。請勿發送身分證、護照、住址證明或任何付款資料——我哋唔需要，亦唔會索取。
Tell us: the phone number concerned (if different from the one you are messaging from), and roughly when you booked or an order code if you have one (it helps us find every record). Do not send your HKID, passport, proof of address or any payment details — we do not need them and will never ask for them.

如果你已經冇辦法用嗰個號碼聯絡我哋（例如已轉台或取消號碼），請照樣聯絡我哋，我哋會用你提供嘅預約細節做合理嘅補充核實，先至處理。
If you can no longer contact us from that number (for example it has been given up), contact us anyway — we will use the booking details you can describe as reasonable supplementary verification before acting.

核實後，我哋會喺合理時間內從營運系統刪除你嘅對話記錄、預約記錄同聯絡資料，並喺完成後通知你。
Once verified, we will delete your conversation records, booking records and contact details from our operational systems within a reasonable time, and confirm to you when it is done.
刪除嘅範圍同限制 Scope and limits
以下情況，部分記錄喺適用法律或營運需要下可能會被保留：進行中嘅行程或未解決嘅爭議；防止濫用或欺詐所需嘅記錄；法律規定必須保存嘅商業或帳務記錄。刪除會先喺營運系統生效；備份副本會喺備份週期內陸續失效。
Some records may be retained where applicable law or operational necessity requires it: trips in progress or unresolved disputes; records needed to prevent abuse or fraud; and business or accounting records we are legally required to keep. Deletion takes effect in our operational systems first; backup copies age out over the backup cycle.
